@DTDCIndia is too much unprofessional and a fraud company. Its been more than 2 months and I haven’t got money for a package which I sent using COD service. Also customer support team disconnect my call while I speaking to them when they get 2 know I keep asking 4 the same matter

Although I lodged a complain against them at Consumer Court they still not taking this seriously. ₹19,000 is not a small amount. I’ll continue adding updates to this thread to prove that the company is fraud. #DTDC #DTDCFraud

Update: So it’s been 12 days since I lodged a complain against them on Consumer Court and 69 days the package got delivered and till date no updates. The customer support is so rude and It’s been 3 weeks they said they will contact me back but no update. @DTDCIndia #DTDCFraud
