I would like to thank all these telcos for building my character. My God, am I built.
So I guess this will just be an experiment on how long ‘til @PLDT_Cares drops this call.
Since I’m here, might as well make this thread. Let me tell you why I’m here. Back in 2019, I got so pissed off at @PLDT_Cares that I brought them to NTC. They sent two reps.
Okay wait, someone just picked up from @PLDT_Cares. Let me continue this thread later.
On with the thread. So there we were at NTC: the hearing officer, two reps from PLDT, and me. They let me rant for two hours after which the hearing officer made us sign the mediation document.
The result, aside from me letting off steam, PLDT had to give me rebates amounting to around P6,000. Plus, and this I fought hard for, my monthly service fee was waived for six months.
Also, my internet was fixed and upgraded. All good except I kept getting charged on my monthly bill during the period which was supposedly waived.
So I emailed NTC and PLDT. PLDT told me to disregard the charges up to August. I did. But yesterday I got this text.
So here I am. I’m confident @PLDT_Cares will fix this. Hassle lang to follow up. But I told them if they don’t fix up, they might have to extend the waiver until 2021.
