3/ In any *properly* functioning society, if black-on-Asian crime were even twice that of Asian-on-black crime, the issue would be a policy priority. In such a society, it would be a national emergency if it were ten times greater.
4/ But it's *280* times greater in the US, and it doesn't even ever get discussed. That's how profoundly dysfunctional America is when it comes to race, and how no “conversation” will ever be possible until these issues can be discussed outside the false framing of “racism.”
