The 'cones' are short-lived macroscopic 'atoms' instantiated and 'contained' by the #UEF until the quantity of #UEF_i_o instantiated in the reaction falls below a 'cone'-'sustainment' threshold, which is what physically underpins the disintegration of the 'cones'.
