Take a couple deep breaths, count to 10. Whatever can help you calm down
You can try writing your feelings on a piece of paper. This can help you collect yourself and vent.
Talk to a trusted friend about how you& #39;re feeling. My dms are also open if you want to talk to me.
Remember that you are never alone. Everyone is grieving so remember that your feelings are valid and that you are entirely right for being upset by this <3

Take a step back. Its ok to go ia from social media for awhile if you need to.
Do something you love. Play with your pets, draw something, sing a song, write some poems, whatever makes you happy.
