I asked my Great Grandfather why he aint believe in God.

He said, "All my life I always felt like God hated Black people. Now, that I see you're going through the same things I went through, if he is real, he ain't something I would want to believe in."

That fucked me up. https://twitter.com/KW33NSOHI9H/status/1299548785950027776
He never went to church. He never said a prayer. He was literally the ONLY person in childhood who never acknowledged a God.

He challenged my thoughts about religion and where I should seek spiritual guidance. Forever grateful for that.
I am my God, now. Me and all my nxggas.

And we honor Blackness, we honor nature, we honor the creative spirit, individuality and LOVE.

We got our own Commandments. We got our own Genesis.
We got our own Revelation.

Don't need no one to tell me what my Soul already knows.
Bonus thought:

God sending his own and ONLY Child to die for our sins is stupid, to me.
Like, it literally makes no sense.
Everyone talking bout some gotdamn free will like nxggas born into poverty chose that.

What free will got to do with that?

What free will got to do with seeing your children fed to Alligators?

Your God is dramatic and a misanthrope.
Black Christians should just say they enjoy following what they've always known and are scared to explore any other form of Spirituality because, they're worried that if they DO, their punishment would be worse (eternally), than what they're currently experiencing, now.
Nxggas tryna get into Heaven cause they think it's gone look like this
