Jay is a great leader. He know the strengths and weaknesses of his members. Instead of using only their strengths, he use their weaknesses and turned it into strength. And that& #39;s one of the good qualities that a leader should have.

For Hanbin, he came from +++
a different country and has a different language. So sometimes, his pronunciation of korean words were not that good. Jay said, "For Hanbin hyung, I thought about how to accentuate your pronounciations," so he gave part 3 to Hanbin, a part that has a strong pronunciation++
For Daniel, He gave him part 6, Jay said, "I personally want Daniel on this. It does suit you. Remember Heeseung hyung from Fire? Because he took the last part the performance could end with an impact. That& #39;s face deserves the most recognition today. You& #39;re the only one who can++
Jay knew his members very well. As he said, "I& #39;ve been thinking hard about the parts ever since I first saw it and everyone would look like in each part" He also studied the lyrics of the song and explained the meaning of some lyrics that his members aren& #39;t familiar with.
Also, when he saw Taki eating, he immediately asked them, "Who& #39;s hungry?"

As you can see, Jay has the qualities of a good leader. He knew them very well, he knew their strengths and weaknesses, he also pushes his members to do more because he know that they are more than what ++
they think they are and lastly, he cared for them.

In conclusion, JAY BEST LEADER, INDEED https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="✨" title="Funken" aria-label="Emoji: Funken">
