Another family member of mine got COVID-19. He’s a healthcare worker, a dialysis tech. To everyone acting like this pandemic is over, dining out, not wearing masks, hosting parties — YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE for our family members falling ill. They are caring for your selfish asses.

I’ve already lost two aunts to COVID-19; both were registered nurses caring for COVID patients. You think your “freedoms” are curtailed? Get over it. You’re KILLING our families with your negligence, ignorance, outright disdain for anyone’s life besides your own.

Or is it that you believe our Filipino family members who are healthcare workers are simply disposable? That they/we are made to serve you? Filipino healthcare workers’ lives are not here for your colonial use, servitude, and then discarding. #COVIDー19
