2) They were not aware of the arrest warrant at the time that they shot him. He had a knife, and they knew that because he TOLD them he had it - because he wasn't intending to use it.

3) It is not the job of the police to play executioner. Even if Mr. Blake's record and warrant had been known to them, that would not have justified shooting him - especially not in the back, and especially not more than once, much less seven times. Period, full stop.

4) Also, if you've been tempted to come back and say that young Mr. Rittenhouse had a criminal record, and list out the charges you've seen posted by others, stop that, as well. ...

5) That record is not the record of the kid who crossed state lines with an AR15 and shot 3 people, killing 2. Think about it, people - he's 17. Any record he may have had would be a juvenile record, and sealed. ...

6) And the record that's being posted belongs to another person with the same name, that's been verified, now. So, stop posting it. His criminal record, if he has one, is just as irrelevant as Mr. Blake's.

7) Stop blaming victims. Stop defaming people. The police were simply wrong, in both cases - shooting Mr. Blake in the back, leaving him paralyzed, & in failing to arrest Mr. Rittenhouse. Let that be the starting point. ...
