O1. c/s any food you have to in order to fake that youโ€™re eating everyday
O2. throw out everything else !
O3. 10k steps minimum everyday
O4. if youโ€™re feeling faint, have a 30cal rice cake (only one per 24 hours to not break fast)
O5. โ€œeatโ€ lunch and spit it out in
the bathroom, take a break for it to โ€œcool downโ€ in your room, repeat (big bites so itโ€™s not too suspicious)
O6. gum and ice cold water are your best friends
O7. distract yourself by playing games, doing homework, and watching youtube and stre@mers
O8. vitamins everyday !
O9. update this thread every 24 hours + when you feel really hungry
1O. drink some water every hour, donโ€™t dehydrate by accident
