Why Jerry West is UNDOUBTEDLY better/greater than Allen Iverson:

West and AI both played 14 seasons, West is a 14 time all-star to AI's 11, made the playoffs 14 times to AI's 8, and made 9 finals, winning 1 and earning a Finals MVP, to AI's 1 with 0 wins and 0 Finals MVPs. He made it out of the 1st round 11 times(in 12 healthy POs) to AI's 4.

West also has 12 All-NBAs to AI's 7, and has 10 first teams to AI's 3. All-D teams only existed for the final 5 years of West's career, and he made all-defense all 5 of those years, and only missed first team once, compared to Iverson having 0 and 0 first teams(in 14 seasons).

Iverson only has 1 season MVP over him, and a controversial one at that, while West arguably deserved one he didn't get, but West has more top 3 finishes(5 to 1) playing in a league with Wilt, Bill Russell, and Kareem all in their primes.
