how i lost 14 pounds in 2 months ~ a thread
✨DISCLAIMER✨ i am not telling people to go do these or telling others to starve. i asked if anyone wanted it and people said yes. so don’t attack me!
another disclaimer: weight loss is different for everyone. people who weigh more can lose weight faster than others who weigh less. common knowledge. i went from 114.5 to 99 pounds in 2 months. so to put it out there, you’ll see weight loss, just not the exact same results as me.
1). LOTS OF WATER

— i promise you, to see results, you HAVE to drink water. please don’t dry fast. i drank around 2 liters a day and saw faster results than when i drank 2 cups. don’t worry about water weight. water is good for you😡
2). apple cider vinegar

— 2 tablespoons of ACV in 2-3 cups of water. it’s gross but it worked. i only did it for a week but lost an extra 3 pounds doing it. again, it depends on your weight. PLEASE dilute it with water though or it can create problems!
3). fasting and calorie intake

— i still live with my parents so fasting can be hard. i try to do atleast one full 24hr fast a week. if i cant do that, i omad dinner and keep the maximum cal intake of the meal 500. now if for some reason i cant fast or omad, i keep my intake -
(cont.) from 250-500 cals. if i’m in a plateau (having trouble loosing weight) i up my intake to 800-900.
4). going in depth with my food rules

— my food rules are pretty simple. i i have to chew up to 15 times before swallowing, take sips of water in between bites, take small portions of food, and stop eating when i’m full. i try not to snack either but gerber puffs are amazing if
(cont) you’re feeling snacky. they are 25 cals for 60 pieces. also blueberries are 1 calorie per berry!!
5). excercise

— i hate working out so i don’t do youtube workouts often. so instead, i walk 30 minutes a day or play just dance. guys, just dance or dancing in general is amazing for burning calories. i played for 3 hours once and burnt over 1,000 cals. sometimes it can be
(cont.) hard to get out of bed and i understand. if i’ve been staying it bed the whole day, i’ll try to force myself to do an april han arm workout. its easy but still shows great results. douyin leg workouts are easy too. (i’ll link a thread at the end with some)
6). eating more plant based

— i’m not a vegetarian vegetables are so good and helped a lot. an example of a dinner i could have is broccoli mixed in cauliflower rice with some spices. i saw more results when i started eating more plant based. though sometimes i do have meat
(cont.) with dinners. chicken is a good option.
7). green tea and coffee

— matcha and green tea at night is amazing for weight loss. i don’t really like it that much but it helped. i also drink coffee in the morning and sometimes afternoon. it helps with bowel movement. i add sugar free/ 0 cal syrups for flavor as well.
8). subliminals

— i know a lot of people don’t believe subliminals but i use them. my favorite subliminal maker is kalepsu. i’ll link a thread below explaining what subliminals are and how to use them correctly.
9). sleep

— “wow madeline, you’re one to talk about sleep when you go to bed at 6am” i know🙄👎🏽 but i still try rob get 7-8 hours of sleep. sleeping burns cals so make sure to get enough of it a night!
10). dont get frustrated

— cliche, ik, but everyone feels down when they gain or aren’t loosing as fast. maybe you binged the night before and feel discouraged that you’ll only gain and never loose weight. but don’t be too hard on yourself. i’ll link a thread on how to help
