I’ve been insulted for every day job I’ve ever had. When I’ve talked about working as a delivery driver, people have told me I should be embarrassed. When I worked at a comedy club people would treat me like shit bc I was just the person selling tickets & cleaning toilets.

When I wrote comedy articles for a living, my dad was disappointed in me for writing silly things and not really using my brain. I’ve even been insulted for jobs I don’t even have! When I’ve told people I’m an actress I’ve heard “Oh so what restaurant do you work at?”

Now having an OnlyFans people say “get a job” or “it’s so sad you moved to LA to be an actress and now you sell nudes.” Although OnlyFans IS a job and it’s one that gives me the ability to continue pursuing acting and music.

Don’t let people get you down by shitting on your job. Don’t believe them that there’s anything wrong with your job. People will always insult you for 1) not being born rich, and 2) pursuing an ambitious career. They can’t stand to see you hustle. Let them die mad.
