Hey @scotiabank, how about getting ABMs that actually accept cash deposits? Since you went to the envelope-less ones, I& #39;ve used 3 different ABMs at 3 different branches and none of them would accept cash when @cibc& #39;s would. And now the last one took $80 out of a $100 deposit./1

@scotiabank - I would suggest that you fix this immediately, as I suspect that I& #39;m not the only person this has affected.
And I want my $80 back.
And I& #39;m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. I& #39;ve been with you for over 35 years at this point. /2

@scotiabank - I& #39;ve been on hold for over 30 minutes, and was told by the last person that I would have to go to the branch to get it fixed. 2 problems - the branch isn& #39;t open until Monday, and only from 10 AM to 3 PM when I& #39;m working. And I need the $80 this weekend. /3

@ScotiabankHelps - You might want to read this thread. TL;DR - you owe me $80, and I& #39;m considering taking 35 years of business elsewhere because of this and other issues.
