1. This is correct and an age-old observation.

Time for the imprints discussion.

THREAD

Imprints are critical development windows that set a particular trait in someone’s psyche.

Freud identified the first two (which are relevant for this discussion) but there are at least 7. https://twitter.com/RachelBock9/status/1299463129051459584
2. Indians identified 7 - the 7 chakras. The ancient Egyptians knew of at least 5. You can find this in the Tarot, many shamanistic traditions, and many other places.

So let us begin.

The first imprint has to do with the mother, which in mammals means the nursing/oral imprint.
3. Those mammals with a healthy first imprint generally assume the world is safe because during the critical imprint windows the mother kept them safe and fed.

Those who don’t have a healthy first imprint tend to think the world is generally dangerous because...
4. ...for them, mother’s love/safety was missing at a key moment. In extreme forms this is like the “runt of the litter” phenomenon in dogs and cats.

The second imprint deals with the father, which means territory and in mammals is excretory in nature (i.e. territory marking).
5. Freud called this the “anal” stage. (Notice how much language used in fights is scatological)

Those with healthy second imprints have healthy boundaries and assume that people can coexist without a dominance / submission frame, but can cooperate or each just go his own way.
6. Those with unhealthy second imprints were not protected by father at the critical development window and assume all of existence there are only two choices: dominance or submission.

So let’s take this a bit deeper.

(You may already see where this is going).
7. Is it any surprise that feminists, who hate the masculine / father, would assume the world is a dominance or submission frame?

They call it oppressor and oppressed, but the mapping is perfect.

They have unhealthy second (father) imprints.
8. They also want to make it more likely that everyone else in the future also has unhealthy second imprints - emasculating men, breaking up the nuclear family, etc.

You can also see how so many millennials are continually afraid - they have unhealthy first (mother) imprints.
9. So to come back full circle, @RachelBock9 (whom you should be following) has identified the difference between those with a healthy and unhealthy second (father) imprint.
10. Are there ways to correct imprints later on?

Yes.

Timothy Leary thought you had to use hallucinogenics to do it, but Masters and Houston realized you can do it with hypnosis.

For 1st circuit issues, taking a self defense class for 2-3 years will also usually correct it.
11. Second imprints are harder but reading Jordan Peterson’s 12 Rules for Life will do a pretty good job of fixing a second imprint.

See why the feminists hate him so much? 😁
