㊙️AC: Dynasty Prologue (1/3) - The Five Great Assassins

The prologue starts by giving us a glimpse of historical events that took place long before the An Lushan Rebellion.
It mentions Sima Qian, a Chinese historian who lived in the Han dynasty (202 BCE – 220 CE). His most famous work was a text called Records of the Grand Historian in which he covered more than 2,000 years of Chinese history.
The text is divided into several volumes: Annals, Tables, Treatises, Hereditary Houses, and Ranked Biographies. Among the latter, he includes the biographies of five individuals known as the "Five Great Assassins", who lived in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods.
Here's a brief description of each of their deeds, explaining to us why Sima Qian posthumously honored them in his book.
As you will see in the coming threads, these pages seem to refer to the Assassins, and yet these individuals previously mentioned existed long before the Hidden Ones, who were established in 47 BCE. Is this a contradiction?
