Since TXT’s cb is approaching and we all want them to get more wins, here’s a thread on important things you should keep in mind for voting in music shows! I found this info on reddit & decided to bring it here so y’all can actually vote for TXT

to start here’s the dates of the music shows this thread will cover!
•The Show (TUE 6:30PM KST)
•Show Champion (WED 7PM KST)
•M!Countdown (THU 6PM KST)
• Music Bank (FRI 5PM KST)
•Music Core (SAT 3:30PM KST)
•Inkigayo (SUN 12:10PM KST)

These count for all of the shows above:
•STREAM!!! pls pls pls stream the mv, ofc following youtube’s streaming criteria which i assume y’all know already but if not i can make another thread about it if u want +

•Buy a physical copy of the release through outlets like YesAsia, KTown4U, Kpoptown, etc. that submit their sale numbers to the hanteo chart
!!! if you purchase & stream the album digitally from a place other than a korean music site, it wont count for a music show win !!!

Things that count for The Show, Show Champion, M!Countdown, & Inkigayo:
•pre-voting & live voting via their apps/sites

How to vote for The Show:
(on the StarPlay app)
•Pre-voting starts on Fridays @ 8PM KST to Mondays @ 2PM KST
•Live voting happens while the show is happening (TUE 6:35PM KST-7:30PM KST)

How to get votes on StarPlay:
you can watch ads or do missions on the app to get “starpoints” which can be converted into votes (30star points = 3 votes)
• you can only vote for ur fav up to 50 times a day during the pre-voting period+

For live voting you can only vote 3 times per acc & you can only vote during this period if ur fav is one of the first place nominees.
ALSO!!! starpoints expire every 2 weeks so make sure you turn them into votes before they expire!

Voting for Show Champion:
Voting period-TUE 12AM KST-SUN 11:59PM KST
-If you’re an i-fan you can only participate in pre-voting for this show via the Idol Champ app.
•u don’t need to do in-app activities to gain votes, since the app gives you 3 votes a day once you make an acc
