This is nuts. Fox & Friends put a giant graphic that said "FOUR MORE YEARS" on the screen today. It's like a parody of a news show. Nobody, and I mean nobody, should aspire to be like Fox & Friends. https://twitter.com/brooklynmutt/status/1299460928635838464
In case you thought I was joking. This is not what a news show does. But they do it. As Navarro went off comparing legitimate news outlets to propaganda outlets in other countries, that IS what Fox is. https://twitter.com/revrrlewis/status/1299328849218539520
And one of the other people he praised was Maria Bartiromo, saying she's an example of legitimate news. Just last month, she was asking why DHS wasn't rounding up and arresting elected officials in Portland. Total fascist shit. https://twitter.com/revrrlewis/status/1287408409357295617
That's... not... news. Their arguments that anyone who isn't constantly giving them praise (Navarro was mad because someone asked about social distancing and the spread of the virus. It's a legitimate question!) is somehow "fake" is pure projection. Pure. Projection.
There's zero reason that any outlet that even wants to be looked at as legitimate should invite Navarro on to talk about the virus from here on out. For one, he doesn't know jack shit about the virus. He barely knows anything about economics, which is his area of expertise!
Journalists, you have a responsibility to inform the public. And playing footsie with people who are going to go and do this crap isn't going to cut it. Stop asking people like Navarro about the spread of the virus. He has zero qualifications to talk about it.
There is no "Fox of the left." There's not. It would be embarrassing if there was. It's a good thing that there's not a "Fox of the left." The world would be better off if there wasn't a "Fox of the right," either, but alas...
This stuff just pisses me off so much.
"But MSNBC!" is always the response. But here, since Navarro was talking about the morning shows, let's do that.

Do you remember Morning Joe in the Obama era?
Let's review.
