After rumor of a breakup, she was quick to set the record straight

“I was surprised when I heard the rumor because we’ve actually never broken up. The rumor has been spreading after the release of Darling and I think they made up stories+

+ based on the lyrics. However, I should be very careful when speaking about our relationship, since my boyfriend is an idol & I’ve to take that into consideration.”

Even tho she felt uneasy going out in public w YB, she made him a priority even when going through hard times

She felt encouraged by his support for her dream on debuting in a GG (ie Unnies: Sister’s Slam Dunk)

: ”He [Taeyang] really liked it and candidly congratulated me. I think he also felt good because he knew that I was able to do what I wanted & the response was great.”

When she was asked about what his response was to seeing Unnies on stage, she said, “He said, ‘Good job and congratulations.’ On any occasion when I had a difficult time while practicing, he would inspire and cheer me on; he also monitored with me.”

It should come as no surprise that she’s supportive of Youngbae Attending concerts: solo or BIGBANG:
She sat in a regular seat rather than the VIP section, and she also seemed to talk with the audience during the concert

Dates upon Dates

Seeing them together always puts a smile on my face

Even tho they had only a month together in marriage before YB had to enlist, Hyorin still made time to visit him weekly in the army Seungri revealed this to us mentioning he had heard she visited YB weekly on base

On Sisters Slam Dunk, Kim Sook played “Ways to Avoid the Sun” by Rain & as soon as the song played, Min Hyorin broke out into a dance, following the song’s choreography.

Hyorin took the teasing well and wittily commented, “No wonder it’s really hot. ‘The sun’ has been following me,” making the other ladies burst into laughter.

Discussing marriage

: “When you’ve turned 30 yrs old, you’ll start to think about marriage more. For me, I’ll get married once I’m ready.”

And later, she became ready when she decided to spend the rest of her life with her now-husband, Youngbae

Hyorin considered Taeyang and her to be like Romeo and Juliet since they were from rival companies

“Before, our CEO would show me new songs and ask, ‘What do you think?’ But since I started dating YB, he doesn’t play any new songs to me.”

"Taeyang is my tower of strength. I'm thankful."

Meeting up whenever they can, they enjoy their time together by eating out when they can

Anyways, look how shy and cute she is blushing

Hyorin had opened up before about her appearance and her struggles. YB was quick to make sure she wouldn’t experience any unnecessary (even unintentional) pain from him

(This belongs more in my other thread about YB to Hyorin, but oh well )

Now you see why it meant so much to her to get support I’m glad she was supported by YB in what she wanted to do and that he helped her as she did for him

Anyways, this is supposed to be a happy, lovey-dovey thread, but I think it’s important to see all sides of her She was never truly supported all those prior years. That’s why it’s so important to support the members’ choices in who they love
