Back in the day in California I belonged to an organization that fought against over-development & tried to preserve the last remaining greenbelts & natural areas left in Southern California. We would protest, block bulldozers & fight corporations in court. Unfortunately there
were those in our org that took it upon themselves & crossed over the line & became what is sometime described as "eco-terrorists." They would burn down new constructions, vandalize & disable construction equipment, etc. Most of us were not part of this behavior & denounced
their them because it was counterproductive & just made the other side less likely to compromise with us.

I know that most of the vandals & instigators out there causing havoc & destruction are provocateurs on the right disguised as the left, but those that are not
are creating the same distrust & distain as the eco-terrorist were doing in California. It only causes more hate from the right & prevents those in the middle from crossing over & supporting our cause for fear of being associated with destructive radicals.
I am just one voice screaming into the abyss but somehow the word has to get out to those who oppose Trump but are still portraying themselves as anti-American by destroying innocent people's lives & businesses. Please! We can't win this if we become what we are fighting against.
