There is so much tension going on line these days...

To counter that, I am going to post 10 pictures of ducks that make me smile.
Not saying to ignore the problems of the world. I am just not going to add to the tension.

Here is duck number 2.
It is one of the reasons I keep doing FF on Fridays. Of all the on line trends out there. I like to do one that makes people happy as opposed to antagonize them
I know these days have been rough, no matter what we believe. But we can all agree these ducks can inspire a nice smile.
And do the world a favor. Text or message someone you haven't talked to in a while. Just a quick "Hello. Thinking of you. Hope you are ok."

It may not do much, but it could be exactly what someone needs at that moment.
And remember to cut yourself some slack. ALL of your friends and family are going through stuff. What you see on their social media is a highlight reel. Nobody is posting their anxieties.
Every day carve out at least 30 minutes to do something you really love and make you feel good about yourself. It might not be a lot, but it could take some of their air out of the balloon.
And weigh the pros and cons of those in your life. If you CAN forgive someone, do. If you can't, and some things ARE unforgivable, try your best to cut them from your life.

And if you need to ask someone for forgiveness, don't put it off. You might not get it but you will know.
As a Secular Humanist Atheist, I believe this is the only life we live, but there is an afterlife. That refers to the effect your life has on others after you die. The ripples of what you do with your life go on after you become mulch. Make as many good ripples as possible.
So try to make a difference...
Make more positive ripples...
Be kind to yourself...
And turn the page of those who need forgiveness, either granting or or moving on.

And if you do not agree with this thread, at least you looked at some nice pictures of ducks.
