WHAT DID I EAT??
i ate one boiled egg with one toast for both lunch and breakfast.
then for dinner i would have two boiled eggs but no toast.
you can eat the whole egg! it will NOT prevent you from losing weight!!
you can add salt, but not a lot!! just enough for seasoning!

aha! i did have cravings for sweet stuff, but then i met the loml???

if ur not satisfied with that then get some white grapes!! low cal, and vv good!

EXERCISE???
i was very strict with myself on this diet and worked out for 3-4 hours.
you can do anywhere from 1-4 hours of exercise as well! just make sure you do at least one hour of cardio!!
