We're joined by @ProfDrAMarty. She is an infectious disease expert at Florida International University and serves on Miami-Dade’s coronavirus task force.
We are joined by @LokalMiami and @KushWynwood's Matt Kuscher with Kush Hospitality Group. He is ready to reopen indoor dining on Monday.

Still, joining us is @ProfDrAMarty an infectious disease expert at @FIU, also serving on Miami-Dade County's coronavirus task force.
"We have no problem telling the guests to follow the rules," says Matt Kuscher with Kush Hospitality Group. "I'm not going to get shut down, it beats the whole purpose of the scenario."
"We plan to really keep a focus on our outdoor dining," says Luciana Giangrandi, the chef and owner of Boia De, an Italian restaurant in Little Haiti. She's not planning to reopen indoor dining on Monday.
"We don't know what the impact of opening indoor dining is going to for a mammoth of three weeks," says @ProfDrAMarty, adding that she would like to wait after that time to change any more reopening rules in Miami-Dade County.
The rest of the state has been in phase two for a while now. Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties remained in phase one because of the high numbers of COVID-19 cases.
