I've found this 2 weeks fitness challenge and after seeing the results on many review videos I've decided to try it.
It's been only 13 minutes but it felt like 30, I'm already covered in sweat and out of breath and I still have another set of 11 mins to go.
Probably going to die.
I'VE ALREADY LOST 0.5KG???
Like I know it's all just sweat, but it means that I really put effort in it to the point of sweating this much?? So even if I know that I will get em back after drinking a glass of water, I'm super proud of myself! For once, I feel like I can do this.
I'm sorry for everyone following me but I've just decided that this thread is going to be my fitness diary(?) for the next two weeks. Let's see if I can pull this through.
