I& #39;ve found this 2 weeks fitness challenge and after seeing the results on many review videos I& #39;ve decided to try it.
It& #39;s been only 13 minutes but it felt like 30, I& #39;m already covered in sweat and out of breath and I still have another set of 11 mins to go.
Probably going to die.
I& #39;VE ALREADY LOST 0.5KG???
Like I know it& #39;s all just sweat, but it means that I really put effort in it to the point of sweating this much?? So even if I know that I will get em back after drinking a glass of water, I& #39;m super proud of myself! For once, I feel like I can do this.
I& #39;m sorry for everyone following me but I& #39;ve just decided that this thread is going to be my fitness diary(?) for the next two weeks. Let& #39;s see if I can pull this through.
