Our latest @IpsosMORI poll shows that younger workers are struggling most with working from home while over two thirds of workers aged 55-75 haven’t found it challenging.
Of those who found it challenging working from home in our latest @IpsosMORI most people said it was due to a lack of suitable workspace followed by missing collaborating with colleagues in person.

The biggest concern about returning to people’s workplace is not wanting to expose themselves to unnecessary risk as well as it being hard to social distance if they did return
Some of the upsides of working from home have been: work-life balance, the amount of time spent with friends and family, amount of leisure time and people’s diet
Thinking ahead people feel that flexibility about working from home will be an important factor when applying for a job in future and they expect their employer to be more flexible in the future about working from home
