My sister goes to Crews Middle School in Gwinnett County where a teacher got fired for having BLM as her zoom background. So the students (incl. my sister) decided to make their names on zoom (First, Last, and BLM). She has been kicked out of every class that she’s had today.
Not fired but “under review” *
Please rt. I am ashamed that my sister can’t even have the chance to learn on an even playing field because she is standing up for her own skin color. The only response from the teachers and the school is that BLM is a politica movement (which it is not, it’s about equality).
