Catholic masses (outdoor & indoor) are restricted to 100 people by the same city that happily approved a permit for 50,000 people to gather on the National Mall. Figure that one out.
By the city& #39;s own rules, "mass gatherings of more than 50 people are prohibited." Travelers coming into DC from specified states are also required to quarantine for two weeks. https://coronavirus.dc.gov/sites/default/files/dc/sites/coronavirus/publication/attachments/COVID-19_DC_Health_Guidance_for_Mass_Gatherings_2020.07.29.FINAL_.pdf…">https://coronavirus.dc.gov/sites/def...
The Washington Post also reported that attendees of the march from states appearing in DC& #39;s quarantine order have no plans to quarantine, "effectively sidestepping the order."

Waiting for the outrage.
Some aspiring doctoral student should write up a dissertation on "where and when COVID matters: an anecdotal discussion of a situational pandemic"
