These 2 zip codes are “red” which means they have a higher rate of COVID infections. These 2 zip codes also contain the District’s largest concentrations of BIPOC kids.

And they want to remove them from the equation to appease conservative white parents who want their kids back in school NOW and who believe COVID is a hoax. Tell that to the kids who live in 85224 and 85225.

This is how you know all the talk about "social emotional learning," "equity," and how badly "the most vulnerable kids need to be in school" is insincere. They want to take these kids out of the equation.

Just to appease these Purple, Green whatever, unmasked avengers who are anti-science and always have been anti-equity. They don't care about the community and it appears these "leaders" don't either.
