Anyhow. What a week.
Kinda fell into a hole yesterday after another failed attempt of a handover of a project which has been running for 1+ year at this point.
Had to stop the meeting before flipping the F out. I guess that's self-awareness.

On the up-side. Then had a beer with a neighbor and good chats about anything (not work), went out for a long walk last night with the dog, and had brunch this morning with some friends.
Life is not so bad. Just hard to not lose sight of that at times.

In terms of self-awareness (as I don't like the term "self-improvement") and to deal with co-founding a start-up at the worst time ever ("Hello Corona!") I recently started biking again, I am about to book a short work-vacation and I started using @bunch_HQ a few weeks ago.
So, on the last â I enjoy @bunch_HQ not necessarily for the mind-blowing tips, but for the (positive) reinforcement. Lots of it is "I should have remembered that".
Some real talk (since I am old).
Tech is mostly "simple" or at least feasible. Sometimes it's broken and it sucks. But we can deal with it.
Social is harder. I find that soft skills are not only harder to acquire but also harder to practice.

Practise makes perfect. But alienating people is not okay.
In other words: there's no CI for social interactions.
@bunch_HQ will not magically make you a better person, but it helps with learning and practising. With two minutes/day, it's easy to add to your routine.

I swear, non of this is a paid engagement.
Maybe a negative observation: I think they emphasize the word leadership too much. I believe their app is useful for anyone working together with people.
