Today marks my final day running the digital team at LBC after 13 incredible years.

Here follows a thread of some of my favourite memories.

I'll always be thankful for Richard in Maidenhead. His call to @mrjamesob was the first we put online and the first to go viral. It changed everything about speech radio in the UK.

It's been a wild ride. LBC had 672,000 listeners when I joined. I leave it with 2.8million. The huge rise in 18-34-year-old listeners has a lot to do with the great work my team have done with turning our radio clips viral on Twitter and Facebook.

I've worked with far too many amazing people to mention. LBC is full of the most talented people in the industry and it's not a coincidence that the audience is rocketing.

What's next? We'll wait and see, but I look forward to seeing what the future holds.
