Where's the line between cultural appreciation and cultural appropriation? If u respect a culture & love a piece of clothing from that culture,is it still called appropriation? If it's not used as mockery like Halloween costume at all & it's used respectfully, is it still not ok?

I'm asking because I'm not black and it's definitely not my place to decide what's offensive or not or speak on behalf of other race. So only if you're black and see this tweet, please tell me, if an Asian person wear durag for a hiphop dance respectfully, does it offend you?

Black rappers and hiphop dancers nowadays use durag as fashion statement. So it's still not okay to follow black community who now use durag as a fashion statement? If you're black, kindly answer me please I wanna know your opinion on this.

And what if other race wants to wear hanfu/kimono/hanbok/other traditional dress respectfully (not as Halloween costume) because they love it? As an Asian we mostly are happy when people from other races or countries wear our culture respectfully.
