@PTCLOfficial your internet is not working yet again! Your customer care service is hard to reach and automatic complaint registration useless.

I'm going to start tweeting @PTCLOfficial every time the internet breaks down because it's like a regular occurrence every two weeks and some record for people out there would nice.

Oh also at this point can we introduce a mechanism where I can bill @PTCLOfficial for all the extra money I've spend on cellular data because I just end up using my phone's hotspot to work from home!

Just putting it on public record here that the ptcl service is still bad, I've used cellular data for all my meetings today, also used it to download reports, it keeps disconnecting. They're going to ask me to do a speed test if I tag them but I'm tired and don't want to engage

Decided to get over my anti ptcl stance and conduct a webinar using their internet, it disconnected 5 minutes into my presentation (15 minutes into the webinar overall). Back to cell data, which I didn't buy so paying per minute now. Yaaay! Thanks @PTCLOfficial

Okay I lied. I decided to use ptcl because I pay for it and I shouldn't have to rely on cell data to make a presentation in a webinar!

Another day, another webinar, another @PTCLOfficial failure. For the record I pay over 5000rs for this. We've been told a few times in the past to 'upgrade' to a better package with less traffic/load on it. Also nobody in my house but me is using the internet right now.

Hi @PTCLOfficial your internet still isn't working. Is there a timeline on when the "technical issues" in my area will be resolved or should we just disconnect and put that money towards our data plans.

Also can you ask your helpline 1218 to stop calling me and trying to sell me a 4G device because it disconnects the hotspot.

Time to add to this thread again. Came home, wondering why, not only is there no gas or electricity but @PTCLOfficial internet is still shit. This canva page has been trying to load for 20 mins now. KILL ME NOW!
