After reading the complaint filed on Kyle Rittenhouse, I have some questions.
Thread:
1. Why did Rosenbaum, first to be shot, decide to go after Kyle when Kyle was just walking down the road? Does that not show aggression? Was he intoxicated?

2. Why did Rosenbaum try to grab Kyle& #39;s gun? Kyle showed no aggression towards Rosenbaum until he was cornered in the parking lot and a bystander fired a handgun seen in multiple videos. Kyle then turns to face Rosenbaum, and it says he fired 3 shots.

3. If Kyle only fired 3 shots, why were there 8 total shots fired during the event? We know one of those was fired into the air by a bystander, but who fired the additional shots? This leads me to question 4, which is the most important question.

It says that Rosenbaum sustained 5 gunshot injuries. One to the groin which fractured his pelvis, one to the left hand, a superficial wound to his lateral left thigh, and a graze to the right forehead. The 5th wound was one to the BACK that perforated his lung and liver.

All of those gunshot wounds are survivable except for the gunshot wound to the back. Perforating a lung and liver would cause a catastrophic event that would lead to bleeding out. The lung would fill with blood and the liver is full of arteries and blood vessels.
