*GSB won't risk their own money so we borrow at significant interest "from Rights and Media Funding Limited" against our future PL income
*We rarely buy players with any prospect of they're value increasing
*We have previously had a high wage bill that

*We pay inflated fees to spread the payment over several years leaving us with hefty future financial commitments.
*We had investors lined up during MP reign but GSB got greedy and they backed out meaning we couldn't sustain the spending MP was promised

*Soucek & Bowen purchases were from this season's finances
*We have no scouting/analysis department so can't buy potential, it's usually the finished product with someone wrong with them (injuries, attitude, inconsistent)

*We have had genuine interest in investment/takeover in at least 2 occasions but the board for greedy
*Our facilities are championship level at best so we end up with a higher rate of injuries (wasted money) or putting off promising talent

It would be bad enough if they were just liars/spin merchants. Remember Sullivan & Gold got out of adult entertainment just before it exploded into the mainstream
