My bff & i wanted to buy the AB MOTS SE for our FIRST EVER BTS MERCH then i found this seller na nagssell cheaper than sa iba na nakita ko. She was nice, nagsend siya id niya for proof na di siya scammer ++
Okay naman at first. I had a lot of questions rin cos first time ko magbuy ng merch. I asked yung usual questions like proof ++ then I asked yung eta ng i-buy ko and she said END OF JUNE
Then she said she& #39;d update me nalang but I had to ask for the updates. She didn’t update me unless I asked for it pa. I asked ng June 14 for any updates but wala pa naman daw so ok
Then ever since nagorder kami ng first merch namin, nagtuloy tuloy na paghanap & buy namin ng ibang merch then I saw a shop na nagpost ng same exact photo ng sinend saakin ng seller so super kabado ako cos omg baka scam?? So I sent her the screenshot ng nakita ko cos sketchy
Then lapit na mag end yung june, no updates parin sakin so again, I asked for an update & ang sinend niya naman na screenshot was from weverse tapos 1 lang yung quantity?? Weird but ok I just thought na ok baka iba yung ginamit for the other AB MOTS?? idrk how these things work
Then june 30 she updated me na shipped out na daw. Then mid july na wala ulit update so I asked mga July 19 for an update tapos hindi pa siya sure sa sagot niya saakin
Nagkamali pala siya sa update sakin but & #39;twas ok then pinadm niya saakin yung shop na pinagresellan niya. I didn& #39;t even know na niresell niya lang yung sa shop until I found out na same sila nung photo na pinost nung shop so nagdm ako sa shop
And weird din cos sa start ng transaction namin wala siya sinabing terms pag nagcancel ++ but from what I know is normal naman na may cancellation fee but damn 80% ibabawas?? Then she goes bawal daw kasi talaga magcancel then ang rude niya na kausap as in!
As a buyer, I have the right to cancel my order. And alam kong pumapayag ang mga shop magcancel ng order but with cancellation fee so I don& #39;t know why ganito siya kausap parang hindi seller??

So I talked to the other shop nalang cos I didn& #39;t want to deal with her attitude na napaka unprofessional. Ok naman kausap yung isang shop. She was nice n very accomodating until super kinabahan na ako cos ang sketchy. Ang gulo na and hindi nagtutugma mga sinasabi niya
She was sending me weverse screenshots from email then yung sa pinakita saakin ng RUDE na seller from before was from their supplier daw and then biglang cancelled na daw?? So sno ba talaga diba super gulo
The shop was nice naman pero ang sketchy talaga & nakakakaba so I was asking for updates sa refund. I even asked when ang DOP niya sa buyers cos ang tagal na since I asked for the refund.

Di ko na talaga alam if scam ba to or what. So I thought to myself, ok if hindi ko makukuha money ko from this shop pwede ko pa naman singilin yung reseller cos duh siya nagbenta sakin. So nung time na magmmessage na ako i was even more SHOOKT cos BINLOCK NIYA AKO
Di ko pa nakukuha refund ko, binlock na ako? Pano ko pala siya sisingilin if scam nga talaga yung isa & di ko pa malalaman yung isang shop na yun na pinagresellan niya if di ko makikita post?

So I talked to my lawyer about it & the advise was to report na sa NBI. I messaged their shop @/EsunshinePH para kausapin yung seller na nangblock sakin cos nakakagalit na eh?? And the response was this lol
Sobrang lol lang she blocked me cos nahurt siya??? Tapos she unblocked me sa account niya mismo and messaged me pa and again, i don’t get it bakit ganito siya makipagusap??

After I messaged their shop, I think dun lang talaga nila inasikaso yung refund ko. Funny pa kasi ako pa pinapaghanap niya ng buyer nung una kasi nagcancel ako grr
It’s like I still needed to explain to her why I messaged her sa shop nila ng ganun. Sinong di kakabahan na baka scam and sino di magagalit pag ganun kausap?

Yung ni-quote tweet diyan super different ng situation. Gets ko naman na may delays. Pero ang rude ng seller. Sa nakaquote tweet, mabait yung seller kausap. Sino pang gugustuhin makipag transact sa ganyan klaseng seller? Kaya talaga cinancel ko na.
