Also for many parents - mums especially- childcare has simply not been there. So they’ve been working and looking after children from home. They are freaking heroes and should be celebrated as such.

AND it’s not up to most employees whether they return to work. Employers decide. Of course businesses in town & city centres struggling is really sad but you can’t just make things go back to how they were. Work has changed. Now we have to reimagine how we live & our economy
