It’s important to be self-aware of your own actions. Not only what they are, but why they happen.
Oftentimes we automatically attach ourselves w/ certain qualities and assume “that’s just how I am”, but we don’t even acknowledge and analyze where they came from.
Just a reminder, generational curse are very much real. Some of the qualities and problems that you are dealing with are a product of what your mother or father or even grandparents have dealt with.
The intense anger you feel is not your own, the way you isolate yourself when things get hard is not apart of who you are. Stop claiming things over your life just because your mom or dad has been that way. And that’s just “how it is” NO! Be the person the break the curse.
Ask yourself this, would you want your kids to go through something you could’ve stopped? Poverty can stop with you. Anger can stop with you. Single parent house hold could stop with you. God created you to be the difference in your family.
Also, don’t be so quick to accept the qualities that other people speak over your life! The power of life & death is in the words we speak. Don’t let no one speak death over you or your family. Period.
Didn’t expect this thread tbh, but I felt like I was talking to someone who needed it.
