TRUST:

Do we really know what it means?

A few weeks ago, a colleague shared a resource about trust with me. Here are components of trust-building: Respect, Personal regard, Competence in core responsibilities and Personal integrity.
Here are two more thoughts about trust and adults in schools as well as families:
1) For trust to exist, each group of adults who work in a school need to understand their own obligations and need clarity on what others do.

2) Student learning is impacted by the amount of relational trust among adults.
Our students’ success depends on us first. Relational trust among the adults truly matters!
