Keep you heads up. You aren't alone. There is at least ONE person that really cares about you. Talk to someone, it's not smart to fight mental health alone. Whether that be a friend, family member, or even your pets. (1)

I promise that things will get better. The tough times don't last forever. You just gotta surround yourself with people that care, and push as hard as you possible fucking can. Good things will come, i swear to that on my life. (2)
And if you know somebody who is going through mental health issues, you have to talk to them and let them know they are loved. Let them know that EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY. Be willing to sit there and listen to their issues whether it be for 5 minutes, or 5 hours. (3)
Be their reason to keep trying. Be the reason they want to live. There's already so much negativity in this world, that even the slightest bit of positivity can change someones day, or even their LIFE. Love eachother, let everyone know that they're welcome in this world. (4)
