Some mosques i remember that were built by demolishing temples and materials from the demolished temples were used to build the mosques

1. Quwwat-al-Islam Masjid, Qutub Minar - Delhi
Time -1192 AD
Culpiri - Qutbud-Din Aibak

Materials of 27 Temples were used

2.Masjid at Manvi - Raichur Karnataka

Year - 1406 AD
Culprit- Firuz Shah Bahmni

Local Temple was demolished and this mosque constructed

3. Jami Masjid at Malan, palanpur taluk Banaskantha Dt Gujarat

Year -1462 AD
Culprit - Khan-i-Azam Ulug Khan / Mahmud Shah I , Begda

Walls and doors of this Masjid were made from idols of demolished temples

4.Hammam Darwaza Masjid , Jaunpur Uttar Pradesh

Year - 1567 AD
Culprit - Akbar

Temple built by Diwan Lachhman das was demolished and this mosque built

5. Jami Masjid , Ghoda , Poona Dt, Maharastra
Year - 1586
Culprit - Muhammad Zaman

33 temples were destroyed by him and this mosque built

6.Gachinala Masjid, Cumbam, kurnool dt Andhra Pradesh

Year - 1729
Culprit - Muhammad Salih

Glorious temple was razed , idols broken and mosque built.

Epigraphic evidence means those who built the mosques they themselves have inscribed in the mosques built by them about their act of demolishing temples & mosques being built in their place

Despite this our left liberal historians sing paens about the islamic invaders and brutes
