2/ Officers were told that the man was not suppose to be there, he had taken the woman's keys and would not give them back, had left the house & she had hung up. From other reports, 3 kids were in the car but not women who called, and officers saw knife in hand as he entered

3/3 car when told not to. A reasonable officer knowing these facts would believe he presented a risk to the children with the knife & needed to be stopped immediately. Officers must make split-second judgment and for all we know saved the lives of those children.
