Ramen attempt#9
This is going to be a marked upgrade in my ramen journey thus far because:
1. I got ingredients from an H-Mart, so this. Legit ingredients for the first time
2. I've a helping hand from @amogh_jalihal
For the shoyu tare, I boiled some salted kelp to get the sea-flavor. I think this will turn out to be saltier than expected and so I intend to go easy on the soy sauce
Also added mushrooms, ginger, garlic and scallion butts so hoping this will make for a rich enough flavor.

Got some legit mirin and soy sauce from the store so curious how that will affect the finished work
For the broth, we boiled some veg bullion cubes and oyster mushrooms. This is simplistic, but the bullion comes with its own flavors so that will be worth exploring
