Reading through the complaint (prosecutor's version) against Kyle Rittenhouse. DC's @RichieMcGinniss appears to be the main witness to the events leading up to the first shooting. He is also the person seen in the videos administering aid to Rosenbaum (Victim 1).
Some context: Here was a video from @Julio_Rosas11 earlier in the night showing Rosenbaum (V1= Red shirt) getting into it with some of the armed citizens.

According to McGinniss' account, he was walking with KR and interviewing him, when Rosenbaum and others tried to engage KR.
KR started running from them and Rosenbaum (& others) started chasing him into that parking lot.

At one point V1 tried to throw something at KR. There was another shot from elsewhere, then Rosenbaum (V1) lunged toward KR and tried to grab KR's gun (per McGinniss's account). It is at that point that KR shot V1 as they came together.
KR is then seen in a video down the street. He has people chasing him and at least one person yells "Beat him up!"
Another yells "Get him! Get that dude"
Another yells "Hey, he shot him"
Another: "Get his ass!"
It's clear the crowd is trying to chase him down.

It is at that point that KR trips and falls to the ground. Someone then jumps over KR and KR fires two shots at that person (apparently misses).
At this point Anthony Huber (V2) approaches KR and tries to grab his gun with one hand while swinging his skateboard at KR w other.

As V2 tried to grab KR's gun, KR turns and fires one shot that killed V2.
KR then sits up. Another person, Gaige Grosskruetz (V3) approaches KR. V3 was holding a gun in his hand. KR then pointed his gun at V3 and shot him in the arm. KR then ran away hurt.

At that point, KR got up and walked away.
