‘If God was real why do bad things happen?’: (A thread)

If you think by believing in God everything is perfect you’re dead wrong. Bad things have to happen for you to know what is good no?
Heaven is where everything is good!

God giving us free will is a blessing and a curse. Many use their free will to be lead astray from Him or to do bad things in the world such as genocides, wars, slavery, terrorism etc. God isn't doing that it’s humans!

Please note that death is only bad in the world but not necessarily spiritually. If we believe in heaven we should believe that those that die in any type of way would go to heaven if they lead a good life.
God says in the bible that we should ‘not mourn like non believers’

This is because we know where we are destined to go afterlife and if we live a good life we will all go to the same place. God is also our comforter and support so we should not mourn as if we do not have Him to rely on in times of grief.

Can I add that when we discuss about God we are not forcing it upon anyone we are just sharing our knowledge in the hope that you would take it in eventually allowing you to go too heaven as well. This is called evangelising.

We believe that if you do not accept God in your life you will go to hell which we do not wish on anyone as it is described as eternal suffering which doesn't sound very pleasant.

Faith is similar to ‘intent’ which many have towards objects such as crystals except it is too a God. When you think about it the way that you can rely on something (statues, energies, crystals, black magic), someone or several Gods you can rely on God for anything in your life.
