Spoiler alert: Jacob Blake was shot for being Black and nothing more. He did not deserve to get shot SEVEN times from behind. But unfortunately, being Black is considered a crime in this country.
It is not the police’s job to determine the punishment when they suspect a crime has been committed. That overrides the criminal justice system and ignores due process.
