This is really rich from #TheLincolnProject. The GOP
and its #NRA shills have been radicalizing white domestic terrorists for years because it meant $$$ into GOP coffers. The hateful rhetoric didn't start with Trump.

We are seeing armed militias in our streets gunning innocent people down but Rick Wilson said the militia movement was a "made-up hissy-fit." This is a longtime GOP agenda. They all own it.

#TheLincolnProject's Rick Wilson defended George Zimmerman & mocked the death of 17 year old Trayvon Martin. Bigotry is a cornerstone of the GOP. Never Trumpers take offense to Trump saying the quiet parts out loud. They prefer the use of dog whistles to give them cover.

The fetishization of the AR-15 - a murder machine- didn't start with Donald Trump. It starts a #GOP /NRA transactional relationship. The #NRA is a major recipient of donations from assault weapons makers. NRA gave millions to the GOP.

The radicalization from taking violent White Supremacists from the fringes, like extremist Gavin McInnes who founded the Proud Boys or as he calls it “pro-western fraternity” & using your platform to normalize them into the mainstream because "punks make great conservatives."

Rittenhouse is a "conservative punk." And yes Trump foments hate. But the violent, gun obsessed xenophobic anti-Black, Immigrant, Jews, Asians, Muslims, Sikhs LGBT etc, cesspool was filled by the #GOP over years. #TheLincolnProject just doesn't like that stink on their hands. /
