After working in the corona ward, I’ve realised that the most important thing while sitting in a flu opd is to be able to differentiate breathlessness due to covid 19 or breathlessness due to other reasons.

A 60year old patient came with breathlessness for the past 4 days with no contact or travel history.
Also, c/o orthopnea and after auscultation I decided to get an ecg done which showed this

Patient had no chest pain and no symptoms s/o any other angina equivalents. But after getting this ecg, trop T was positive and patient was immediately handed over to the cardiologist.
I’m sure people like @smithECGBlog @EM_RESUS will be happy after reading this thread.
