When it is >1, it is considered safe to start giving relaxation BUT
If a mega event takes place before this number falls to >1 then it can be dangerous
- @ugc_india expects that a university has "180 WORKING DAYS" in an academic year!

- If syllabus for school students can be reduced by 30%, then these are higher education students. At higher education level, a major chunk of education is imbibed through self learning
- @ugc_india has "CHOICE BASED CREDIT SYSTEM"

- If University doesn't wants to reduce syllabus. They can INCREASE CREDIT for a course and that course be taught for more number of hours in a week. This will ensure if a course was completing in 16 week will complete in 12 weeks
