1 of the callers thought it may be the missing person. When the officer found him, Lester had been walking for about 20 hours, most in 90+ degree heat & humidity. He was exhibiting heat stroke symptoms & was limping. He'd had nothing to drink. He was taken to the hospital.

He had severe dehydration, and if he had been out for another half-day or so without help, he likely would not have survived. So THANK YOU to the people who called. Across the state lines, we must help each other.
