Part of discerning our calling is learning from and observing those already living in their own calling. It can be easy to get jealous or envious in this learning. That’s from the devil. Seek and fulfill *your* calling. You’ll be judged by the talent you were given Matt 25:14-30

The best way to fight that temptation towards jealously and envy? Rejoice and give thanks for the faithful service and example God has given you in his servants. When one member is honored, the whole body is honored. Learn from them and then be faithful to your call.

Each calling has its own temptations, trials, and battles. Those aren’t always public. When you see someone fulfilling their calling, you can bet that the devil is at work trying to counter that (perhaps through thwarting you with envy). You’re on the same team. Don’t get jealous
